The Culture and Art of Skateboarding
Skateboard Museum / Stattbad Berlin

David and Lars are going crazy again. I’ve no idea why David named his new sculpture after one of his best friends “Lars”. Maybe Lars was the missing piece for Davids big picture of chaos. The puzzle piece is part of an exhibition in the stattbad wedding where you can also find the amazing work of our friends Sergej Vutuc and Henrik Biemer. Don’t miss it.

The SKATEBOARD MUSEUM Berlin presents Skateboard Fever!

Catch a preview of the Skateboard Museum founded in 2003 in Stuttgart and planned to reopen in Berlin in 2014. The special preview exhibition at Stattbad will display an overview of the large and unique collection of exhibits from the Skateboard Museum archive which was put together over the past 10 Years.

Special exhibition by the ‘3eck’ collective

In the context of this exhibition, The 3eck Collective will bring life to the great basin of Stattbad. David Lichtenauer has built a skatable puzzle piece called „Lars“ in the shallow end of the pool, while in the gallery the minutely crafted works of Berlin based photographer Henrik Biemer are brought together with the raw photographs of the Bosnian artist Sergej Vutuc.
